# A campaign page won't let me donate

> What the messages on a campaign page mean before you pay, and what to do about each.

If a campaign page shows a message instead of a donation form, or won't let you continue, find the message below.

## Check this first

Read the message on the page. Each one below is shown exactly as it appears.

## Causes and fixes

| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Campaign not found" — "The campaign you're looking for doesn't exist or may have been removed." | The link is wrong, or the campaign was taken down | Select **Browse Campaigns** and look for it, or ask whoever sent you the link |
| "This campaign isn't live yet" — "The organizer is still putting it together. It'll be available here once published — check back soon." | The organization hasn't published it yet | Check back later |
| "This campaign is private" — "This campaign is not publicly available. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact the organization administrator." | The campaign isn't open to the public | Ask the organization for a public link |
| **Completed** label, "Campaign Completed — This campaign has ended. Thank you to all donors for your support!", and a **Campaign Ended** button | The campaign has finished, or its end date has passed | You can't give to it. [Find another campaign](https://donorcare.my/help/donors/find-a-campaign/) |
| "Online donations are not available yet." and no Donate button | The organization isn't taking online donations through this page | [Contact the organization](https://donorcare.my/help/donors/contacting-an-organization/) |
| The amount box is grayed out with "Please select a program first" | This appeal needs a giving option chosen first | Pick an option under **Choose a Program** |
| "Minimum donation amount is RM …" | The organization sets a lowest amount | Enter that amount or more |
| "Amount must be at least RM … for … tier" | The giving option you chose has its own lowest amount | Raise your amount, or pick another option |
| "Amount cannot exceed RM … for … tier. Please select a higher tier or choose custom amount." | The option you chose has a top amount | Pick a higher option, or enter a custom amount |
| "Your payment was not completed. Your selections have been saved — you can try again when ready." (dharma events) | You returned from the payment page without finishing | Try again; your offerings are kept. See [My payment failed](https://donorcare.my/help/donors/my-donation-failed/) |
| The page is in a language you didn't expect | Some organization sites can switch between English and Chinese | Use the language button (**Switch to English** or **切换至中文**) in the top bar, if there is one |
| "No Updates Yet", "No FAQs Available" or "No Messages Yet" | Nothing has been added yet; this isn't an error | Use the **Contact** tab to ask the organizer |
