# See your giving history

> Viewing every donation you have made, across the organizations you support.

Once you're signed in, every completed donation to any organization on DonorCARE (on an organization's own site, that organization's only) is listed in one place, with its receipt a click away. A test-mode payment, a gift to a sample campaign, or a gift to a demo organization is not listed.

## Before you start

- You need a [DonorCARE account](https://donorcare.my/help/donors/create-an-account/), signed in with the same email address you used when you gave.
- Only donations that finished successfully appear here. A pending or failed attempt won't show up — see [I gave but I cannot see my donation](https://donorcare.my/help/donors/donation-not-showing/) if that's what's happening.

## Steps

1. **Sign in**, then select the **Donations & Receipts** tab on your account.

2. **Search for a specific gift**, if you have a lot of them, using the search box — it matches the appeal's name. To see one year only, choose it from the year list beside the search box. A long history is split into pages of 10; you can show 25 or 50 at a time instead.

3. **Use the links on any row** to act on that donation: **Receipt** opens the receipt, **Edit names** lets you correct offering names (only shown for donations that included named offerings, such as a sponsorship or memorial tablet), and **Give again** takes you back to the appeal.

   Each row shows the appeal, receipt number, amount, and the date and time it went through — so you know exactly what you're looking at without opening it.

## If something goes wrong

| What you see | What it means | What to do |

| "No donations yet" | Nothing in your account matches a completed donation | Check you're signed in with the same email you gave with — see [I gave but I cannot see my donation](https://donorcare.my/help/donors/donation-not-showing/) |
| "No donations match '…'" | Your search term didn't match any appeal name | Clear the search box to see everything again |
| "No donations in the selected year" | You have no completed donation in the year you chose | Set the year list back to **All years** |
