The person who writes your homepage copy shouldn't need the same access as the person who manages donations or financial reports. Website access is its own line in your organisation's permission matrix, with sensible presets per role and the option to override per person.

Frequently asked questions
Our treasurer or secretary is a volunteer, not a developer. Can they run this?
Yes. The site is built from plain forms in the admin — a homepage section editor, a page/post editor, a color picker, a navigation list — not a drag-and-drop canvas or a code editor. There's no HTML, CSS, or template file to touch.
Several committee members need access, with different levels.
Website access is its own module in the permission matrix, separate from donations, donors, and financial reports. Give one person the ability to publish pages and another read-only access, using role presets or per-person overrides.
Can we fully customise the design, including our own CSS?
Not today. There is one live template, with your logo, colours, and navigation configurable from the admin — but no custom CSS field and no second template to switch to. If your committee wants a bespoke look beyond that, this isn't there yet.
Can our website show content in Chinese for our donors?
Partly. The site's built-in chrome — buttons, section titles, navigation labels — switches between English and Chinese, and defaults to Chinese on mobile for bilingual organisations. The pages and posts you write yourself are a single piece of content each, though — there's no separate Chinese version of your own text to maintain alongside the English one.
Is there a limit on how many pages or blog posts we can create?
No cap found in either direction — create as many pages and posts as your site needs.
Do we need to buy a domain, or can we start without one?
You can start without one. Every organisation gets a free org.donorcare.my subdomain on every plan. A fully custom domain — yourassociation.org — is a Pro-plan capability, and we handle the DNS and SSL once you add it.
