Dharma events repeat every year with the same offerings and rituals. Instead of rebuilding the campaign from scratch, roll last year's edition forward and start the new one already set up.

Once a dharma event campaign is completed, or its edition year has passed, a "Roll Over to Next Year" action creates a new draft campaign carrying the offerings, pricing tiers, rituals, donation items, FAQs, settings, description, and hero and gallery images forward.

The new edition starts with nothing borrowed from last year's activity. Donations, receipts, and printed tablets stay on the original campaign — the rollover copies the setup, not the history.

Frequently asked questions
Does this work for any campaign, or just dharma events?
Rollover is built for dharma event campaigns — the ones with rituals, memorial tablets, and blessing offerings. It's not a general template picker for every type of fundraising campaign.
When can I roll a campaign over?
Once its edition year has passed, or once it's marked completed. That keeps rollover a year-end action, not something you do mid-campaign.
Do we lose access to last year's donations and tablets after rolling over?
No. The original campaign keeps its donations, receipts, and printed tablets exactly as they were — rollover only copies the setup into a new draft. Both campaigns exist side by side; nothing on the old one is touched or deleted.
Can we change the offerings or pricing before the new edition goes live?
Yes. The new campaign starts as a draft in the same campaign editor you already use — nothing publishes automatically. Adjust prices, rituals, or descriptions for the new year, then publish when it's ready.
Why is this only on the Enterprise plan?
Rollover isn't gated on its own — it only works on dharma event campaigns, the ones with rituals and memorial tablets, and those are an Enterprise-tier capability. If dharma events aren't enabled for your organisation, there's nothing to roll over yet.
