What donors see

Everything at Gold, plus the organisation's goals, results tracked over two consecutive years, how its governing body is chosen, how much it pays (as totals and bands, never one person's salary), and its reserves. This is the fullest picture an organisation can publish about itself. DonorCARE checks the pay and reserves figures against the accounts only for Verified by DonorCARE.

How to reach it

1. Hold Gold.
2. Add your goals and your board's appointment rules.
3. Add last year's and this year's figure for at least one measure you track.
4. Enter pay totals, pay bands and reserves from your latest statements.
5. Publish.

Keeping it

Confirm goals and board rules once a year. Add each year's result, pay and reserves figures when your new statements are ready.
