See your giving history
Once you’re signed in, every donation you’ve completed — to any organisation on DonorCARE — is listed in one place, with its receipt a click away.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You need a DonorCARE account, signed in with the same email address you used when you gave.
- Only donations that finished successfully appear here. A pending or failed attempt won’t show up — see I gave but I cannot see my donation if that’s what’s happening.

Sign in, then select the Donations tab on your account.

Search for a specific gift, if you have a lot of them, using the search box — it matches the appeal’s name.

Use the icons on any row to act on that donation: the eye icon opens View Receipt, the pencil icon lets you Edit offering names (only shown for donations that included named offerings, such as a sponsorship or memorial tablet), and the heart icon takes you back to the appeal to Donate Again.
Each row shows the appeal, receipt number, amount, and the date and time it went through — so you know exactly what you’re looking at without opening it.
If something goes wrong
