Stop a UNICEF monthly donation
DonorCARE is not UNICEF and can't stop a UNICEF Malaysia monthly donation. Contact UNICEF Malaysia's donor team directly, using the details on their own contact page.
DonorCARE is not UNICEF. DonorCARE is a donation platform used by Malaysian charities and religious organizations. It is not part of UNICEF and does not run UNICEF’s monthly giving, so we can’t see, change or stop a UNICEF donation. To stop one, contact UNICEF Malaysia’s donor team directly.
Who to contact
Section titled “Who to contact”UNICEF Malaysia lists its current email address, phone number and hours for donors on its own contact page. Use the details there: they are the ones UNICEF keeps up to date.
Why you may have reached us
Section titled “Why you may have reached us”UNICEF Malaysia’s donor email address starts with donorcare.my. That is the name of their mailbox, not a website. On a phone, a search result or an email app can turn donorcare.my into a link to our site, and a message meant for UNICEF reaches DonorCARE instead.

Open UNICEF Malaysia’s contact page and find the contact details for donors.

Write to or call UNICEF Malaysia using those details. If you write, check the email address ends in unicef.org before you send.

Give the details UNICEF asks for to find your donation, such as the name, email address and phone number you signed up with.

Ask UNICEF to confirm in writing once the monthly donation has stopped, and keep that reply.
If you already wrote to DonorCARE
Section titled “If you already wrote to DonorCARE”We can’t stop the donation for you or pass your request on. UNICEF needs to hear from you directly so it can check the request is yours. Please send it again using the details on UNICEF Malaysia’s contact page.

Monthly giving to another organization
