Review suggested updates to your listing

Accept or dismiss changes that other people have proposed for your directory listing.

Who can do this The account that completed the claim. If your organization is a DonorCARE customer, an Owner or Admin by default.

When someone other than your organization proposes a change to your listing, it waits for you. Nothing changes on the public page until you accept it.

  1. Open your listing editor. At donorcare.my/my-listings, a box headed Suggested updates from the public appears at the top. In the admin, under Organization → Directory Listing, the box is headed We found updated public information for your listing.

  2. Read each suggestion. Each row names the field and shows the current value struck through, an arrow, then the proposed value. An empty value shows as “—”.

  3. Choose. Select Accept to apply the suggestion to your listing, or Dismiss to keep what you have.

  4. Check the result. An accepted change appears on your public listing. A dismissed one disappears from the box.

The box doesn’t include your own proposals for registration details. Those stay on their fields; see Correct your registration details.
