Tax Compliance, under Insights, shows how your organisation’s e-invoices are doing at a glance — submission counts, validation rate, and what needs attention first.

Everything on this page is built from your own organisation’s e-invoice submissions — nothing here compares you to other organisations. It’s a summary view over the same submissions you can open individually from a donation record; the point is to surface the handful that need a decision without opening every donation to find them.

Validation Rate — the percentage of your submissions that have reached Valid. A dip here usually means a batch of donations share the same missing field.

Pending Actions — one count rolling up several things at once: drafts sitting unsubmitted for more than 24 hours, submissions stuck at Pending for more than 48 hours, sync failures, and completed donations with no e-invoice at all yet.

Top Rejection Reasons — the raw rejection text LHDN or BizCARE returned, grouped by how often it occurs. This is the raw message, not always one of the codes DonorCARE explains — see Fix a failed e-invoice for the ones it does.

Do

  • Treat Pending Actions as your checklist — it’s a count pointing at real rows, not an alarm in itself. Open the donations behind it.
  • Watch Monthly Trends over time rather than judging a single month’s rate in isolation.

Don’t

  • Read Rejections (This Month) as your all-time failure count — it resets each month, and a donation you’ve since fixed and resubmitted no longer counts against it.
  • Assume every row in Top Rejection Reasons has a documented fix — some are raw LHDN text DonorCARE hasn’t mapped to a plain-language explanation yet.

Your organisation has 40 submissions this month: 34 Valid, 4 Pending, 2 Draft. Validation Rate shows 85.0% (34 of 40). Three of those drafts have been sitting for more than a day and one submission failed to sync — Pending Actions shows 4, telling you exactly how many donations are worth opening today.

Screenshots use sample data. Every screen on this page is captured against a demo organisation seeded with generated donors, amounts, receipt numbers and campaigns. Any resemblance to a real person or organisation is coincidental.
