Plans and what changes between them
DonorCARE has three plans — Free, Pro and Enterprise — and what changes between them is mostly capacity and a short list of advanced features, not the core act of taking a donation.
Why it works this way
Section titled “Why it works this way”Every plan can create campaigns and accept donations from day one. The plan mainly decides how much of that you can do at once (how many active campaigns, how many donations a month, how many teammates) and which advanced tools are switched on (recurring donations, e-invoicing, your own domain). That way a small organisation isn’t blocked from collecting its first donation while it figures out whether it needs more.
The terms
Section titled “The terms”Free — 100 donations a month, 1 active campaign, 2 team members. No custom branding, no tax receipts, no recurring donations.
Pro — unlimited donations, up to 10 active campaigns, 5 team members. Adds custom branding, tax receipts, recurring donations, donor tiers, a custom domain and API access.
Enterprise — unlimited donations, campaigns and team members. Adds everything Pro has, plus LHDN e-invoicing (MyInvois), a custom receipt design, and white-label branding.
Usage meter — the bar on your Plan & Billing page showing how much of your plan’s donation, campaign and team-member allowance you’ve used this period.
What this means in practice
Section titled “What this means in practice”Do
- Check your Plan & Billing page before assuming a limit is the reason something won’t work — a blocked action there tells you exactly which limit you’ve hit.
Don’t
- Look for a way to upgrade or manage your subscription inside DonorCARE’s own settings. Subscriptions, invoices and payment methods for your organisation live in your JomCARE Accounts hub — your Plan & Billing page links straight to it.
Worked example
Section titled “Worked example”An organisation on the Free plan has one active campaign and has taken 92 donations this month. Their usage meter shows 92/100 donations and starts warning them they’re close to the monthly limit; their team-members list shows 2/2 seats used, so inviting a third colleague isn’t possible until they move to Pro.
Related
Section titled “Related”Screenshots use sample data. Every screen on this page is captured against a demo organisation seeded with generated donors, amounts, receipt numbers and campaigns. Any resemblance to a real person or organisation is coincidental.
